You will have your commercial gas min COCN1 with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.Sector: Commercial MaintenanceDuties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, including fault finding replacing like for like on gas equipment, CP12's and well as other plumbing/gas issues such as pipework, escorting sub contractors and general paperwork.Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday.Salary is 52K with van, phone, tablet, overtime and company benefits.If you are seeking just to work in Surrey then this is the job for you.
