
Senior Pricing and Contracting Manager - Pharma - Hybrid/Berkshire Office

- Define and lead the Pricing & Contracting team strategy, including setting clear objectives and KPIs aligned with corporate and Human Pharma goals.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across the lifecycle of allocated products-including mature brands-ensuring commercial viability and early access.
- Design and deliver Patient Access Schemes (PAS) and recommend optimal pricing strategies tailored to evolving market dynamics.
- Lead pricing and reimbursement discussions to shape and execute market access strategies within Integrated Customer Plans (ICPs), HTA submissions, brand strategy, and LoE planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams to align on pricing direction and adapt corporate guidelines to local market needs.
- Drive innovation in contracting models, including risk-sharing agreements and value-based pricing.
- Experience in pricing strategy, including launch and LoE planning.
- Deep understanding of UK and Irish healthcare systems, including VPAG and IPHA frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Gross-to-Net models and their commercial impact.
- Experience influencing HTA submissions and integrated access plans.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
