
Lead Pricing Manager

- Pricing new business proposals, tenders and contract renewals for our specialist assets
- Building excellent relationships with stakeholders, in particular our Specialist Assets Sales Team, to ensure a positive influence is maximised on the sales process
- People leadership and management to a team of 2, including coaching and mentoring to enhance the capability with the team
- Working closely with our Commercial Finance Manager to enable change in our processes and ways of working that improve service delivery
- Good knowledge of pricing and proven track record of working in a dynamic commercial finance team
- Exceptional people management skills with a Sincere, Harmonious yet Pioneering leadership style
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders - experience of working with sales/procurement teams would be beneficial
- Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry would be highly advantageous
