- Manage renewals, mid-term changes, and new placements accurately
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and webinars
- Consult with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms
- Prepare compliant policy documents with accuracy
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity
- Work with colleagues to balance workloads
- Provide a proactive, professional client experience
- Proven background in insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Experience managing client relationships and securing new business
- Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative approach
- Confidence using IT systems
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage workloads effectively. CII qualifications (achieved or in progress) are advantageous
