- Selling tailored sponsorship packages to new and existing clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Taking a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship packages
- Attending and representing the company at international events
- Experience in sponsorship or exhibition sales is highly desirable, though backgrounds in B2B sales or media sales will also be considered
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts through effective relationship-building and a consultative approach
- A solid understanding of solution-based selling
- Knowledge of the events and exhibition industry, or prior experience in a similar sector, is a plus
