- Sell customised sponsorship packages to an influential global client base
- Develop and manage relationships with senior stakeholders internationally
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client value
- Represent the organisation at major industry events and client meetings worldwide
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- 2–3 years’ B2B sales experience (event sponsorship or digital advertising preferred, maritime or transport sector experience beneficial)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling, networking, and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
- £38k+ base salary (DOE) with uncapped commission
