- Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors/end users
- Utilise market data to build a pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse market position, profitability and competitive impact
- Provide tailored packaging solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Hit a target of £500,000 - £1,000,000
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the packaging or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the packaging industry with expertise in the following markets: ecommerce, logistics, FMCG, Industrial, Automotive and more.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Be able to manage and nurture a small customer portfolio.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
