  • Lead and develop a team of direct procurement professionals.
  • Establish and manage supplier agreements, SLAs, and KPIs to optimise value and mitigate risk.
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement transformation.
  • Analyse market intelligence to inform procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate across business units to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
  • Champion sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement in procurement practices.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in direct procurement, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Knowledge of supplier frameworks, contract negotiation, and procurement transformation.
  • CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
