Procurement and Vendor Manager – Financial Services or London Market Insurance / Reinsurance or General Insurance – Hybrid Working – Initial 6-month Contract – LondonA leading London Market Reinsurance business based in the UK are looking to hire a Procurement and Vendor Manager to join the business on an initial 6-month contract. The project is focusing on commercial management of projects and monitoring third party vendors to ensure compliance, cost efficiency and alignment for business objectives. This role will require experience in negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance and mitigating tasks.The ideal candidate will have worked as a Procurement and Vendor Manager within Financial Services, Reinsurance, London Market insurance, General Insurance and will have previously worked on overseeing the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment, worked on RFP’s, develop and review vendor contracts while also agreeing and meeting time frames. You will Monitor vendor performance against SLA’s and KPI’s which conducting regular reviews to ensure and adherence to contract terms.Key Skills:
  • Procurement and Vendor Manager experience
  • Reinsurance, London Market Insurance, General Insurance or Financial Services – any experience within these industries is a MUST HAVE
  • Vendor Contract Management
  • End to end vendor life-cycle management
  • Strong leadership, communication and critical think skills are key for this role.
  • STRONG Stakeholder management skills
