
Audit Senior

- Lead and manage the audit and accounting process from planning through to completion.
- Liaise directly with senior members of client finance teams, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality delivery in all aspects of audit engagements.
- Work closely with managers and partners, contributing to team strategy and development.
- Get involved in internal projects and working groups, including firmwide initiatives and client advisory work.
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Strong audit experience, including planning and completion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client-focused with a keen sense of commerciality.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge, including recent developments in accounting and auditing standards.
- Demonstrated experience of managing, training, and mentoring staff on projects, and assessing performance.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and pressured environment.

- A 35-hour working week with a hybrid working policy with the flexibility to work from home for up to three days per week (core hours are 10-4)
