While experience with employment solutions software is preferred, those with a background in transferable, cloud-based business solutions will also be considered—particularly if they have a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing overall company culture.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on business leader with the ability to lead by example. You will be an effective communicator with the capability to identify and execute key business decisions independently. A degree-level education is preferred; however, candidates with strong relevant experience will always be considered highly desirable.
