Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (rotating shifts 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm)Morson Talent are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent for a Customer Service Advisor - Planning & Scheduling to join their team in Derby.This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys organising, problem-solving, and coordinating busy schedules.The Role:
- Handle incoming reactive maintenance requests, ensuring issues are logged and escalated quickly.
- Plan and schedule engineer diaries, allocating the right resources to meet customer needs.
- Keep customers updated, providing clear and professional communication.
- Work in real-time to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in a customer service, call centre, or planning/scheduling role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to juggle priorities.
- 6-month contract with real potential for permanent opportunities.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.20 per hour.
