
Accounts Payable Manager

- Managing full Accounts Payable process, from invoice processing through to payment runs
- Overseeing accurate coding & posting in Xero and/or SAP
- Leading supplier reconciliations and resolving queries
- Running weekly & monthly payment cycles in line with cash flow & compliance
- Supporting month-end close, accruals, reporting & audits
- Identifying & delivering process improvements
- Liaising with auditors and supporting year-end audit processes
- Experience of managing Accounts Payable, ideally in logistics, supply chain or similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and/or SAP
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and controls
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
