- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
- Take ownership of the full order-to-payment process
- Drive, educate, and control the company's purchase order process
- Understand and manage the impact of purchase ledger on the General Ledger
- Process invoices through a cloud-based authorisation system
- Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and Accountant to manage payment cycles
- Proven experience in an Accounts payable/transactional finance role
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Experience of using Sage 200 advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment
