You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite, to implement and manage our programmes.You’ll need to have:Relevant built environment experience to manage the discharge of building regulations principal designer duties on behalf of Mace.You’ll also have:
- Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the life sciences sector.
- Deep construction and consultancy expertise.
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health & safety legislation.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
