This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.As an Account Manager, you'll act as a primary point of contact for a range of high-value B2B clients. Your day-to-day will focus on nurturing relationships, supporting quoting activity, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. Working alongside technical, project, and service teams, you'll help clients get the most from their security investment - and position the business for continued account growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships across a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Attend regular site visits and client meetings (informal and formal)
  • Ensure service levels are met and any concerns are swiftly addressed
  • Support with quoting for upgrades, remedials, and new works
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor, introducing relevant tech enhancements or services
  • Attend client and partner events when required
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally familiar with enterprise level security systems, and have a technical approach to your work so you are capable of survey, design, and solution prosposal.
