- Developing and executing the Company's sales strategy for the Music Merchandising (Concerts/Festivals/Touring & Licencing) Sector whilst delivering exceptional client service.
- Responsible for delivering sales and service key performance indicators.
- Client relationship management
- New business and revenue development
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Competitor and in-country market analysis
- Contract negotiation and deal closure
- Customer service support
- Minimum of 2 years experience and a proven track record as a Sales Key Account Manager.
- Must have a strong understanding of Printing and Embroidery
- Must have strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales goals.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering value to clients.
- Excellent spoken and written English plus in-country Language.
- A knowledge of the fashion industry or sustainable fashion an advantage.
- An up to date interest in Music an advantage.
