This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive PA to support the Chief People Officer in a busy not-for-profit organisation. Based in London, this role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief People Officer.
  • Manage the CPO's demanding diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support the coordination of departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.

  • Previous experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills - must be capable of managing conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise and triage inbound communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to a high level, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
