Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and helping students access the curriculum
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students who need extra help
Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
Monitor student progress and contribute to classroom activities
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and wellbeing

Requirements:

Experience working with secondary school-aged children
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student learning
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different classroom settings
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
