- Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure that their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for the service delivery
- Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met
- Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site
- Responsible for managing the site P&L account to agreed margins
- Recruitment of any new staff required on site, whether temporary or full time staff to ensure site is adequately resourced for service delivery
- Responsible for the development of all staff under their control, which will include annual appraisals
- Management of client relationship on a daily basis
- Management of all reports required by either client or Skanska Building Services management team
- Represent SFS at all client meetings
- Review and develop new operational strategies to ensure continued improvement to service delivery
- Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue
- Become AP for your site or sites if required
- Experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract
- Experience in business development
- Management qualification
- Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
