Keeping all training relevant, impactful and informative.You’ll be the go-to for all things learning and development – from designing great training to delivering it in ways that really land. Everything you create will tie in with our strategy, values, and how we work together as a team. A big part of your role will be nurturing a learning culture where people feel encouraged to grow and try new things. Whether it’s a hands-on workshop, a bite-sized webinar, or a self-led online resource, you’ll shape it to suit what’s needed – and make it feel like it belongs here.What you'll be doing
  • Deliver engaging training in various formats, including workshops, webinars, and online self-led resources.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Optimisation (CMO) team, supporting key project initiatives such as F&R and ThoughtSpot and enhancing collaboration across functions.
  • Co-create content with subject matter experts to develop impactful content tailored to learner needs.
  • Gather and respond to feedback, to ensure training materials remain up[1]to-date, relevant, and effective.
  • Oversee and manage the learning experience platform for our commercial supplier network whilst we consider the long-term approach in this area.
  • Support with general L&D administration and queries and support with wider L&D team projects.
  • Coordinate and deliver induction sessions for new commercial colleagues, while managing associated administrative tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
