- Deliver engaging training in various formats, including workshops, webinars, and online self-led resources.
- Work closely with the Commercial Optimisation (CMO) team, supporting key project initiatives such as F&R and ThoughtSpot and enhancing collaboration across functions.
- Co-create content with subject matter experts to develop impactful content tailored to learner needs.
- Gather and respond to feedback, to ensure training materials remain up[1]to-date, relevant, and effective.
- Oversee and manage the learning experience platform for our commercial supplier network whilst we consider the long-term approach in this area.
- Support with general L&D administration and queries and support with wider L&D team projects.
- Coordinate and deliver induction sessions for new commercial colleagues, while managing associated administrative tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at listening and effectively conveying messages to ensure clarity and understanding across teams.
- Proactive and Resourceful: Enjoys taking on new challenges and responsibilities to support team objectives and drive impactful training initiatives.
