- As a Head of Adformats and Propositions you are heading one of our key product lines. At the current stage we define three product lines: Data & Audiences, Adformats & Propositions and Advanced TV.
- WIthin Adformats and Propositions you are leading the development of commercial products that deliver on simplification and unification of our portfolio. One of our signature products in this branch are the Media Collections.
- Define the product strategy for your product line as well as the life cycle.
- Develop new commercial products following the defined strategy.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize the revenues that your products generate.
- Evangelise, educate and consult on your product range.
- Management : 1 Product Manager
- University degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years in management of Media Products, or ad tech environments.
- English is a must. French and/or German would be a huge advantage.
- Communication: A big part of your role is about identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, validating your ideas and manging expectations.
- You operate on the fine line between product and commercial, with a good understanding of the needs and dynamics on the buyside, and proper knowledge of advertising technology, Ad server/SSP's, etc.
- Product management: you have a proper understanding of product management methodologies and tools.
- You are organised and work in a planned way
- Creativity: When developing products that solve problems of our clients, you will often face operational complexities. How can you avoid them becoming blockers, while keeping your goal in view.
- Working in product management means collaborating with different stakeholders from all kinds of departments across different countries. Also, the product team works in a decentralized and hybrid setup. Beside the skills mentioned above, it requires good self-organization, motivation and adaptability.
