A leading US firm is seeking to strengthen its Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team with the addition of a talented associate. While the firm continues its search for a permanent hire, they are also open to interim solutions, offering flexibility for the right candidate.Role Highlights:
  • Structure: Ideally a permanent position, but open to an initial 6-12 month contract with potential to extend
  • Level: 1-4 PQE due to the nature of the work and responsibilities involved in this role however lawyers at all levels will be considered.
  • Expertise: Capital markets experience is essential, with structured finance exposure viewed positively
  • Key Skills: Strong track record in disclosure drafting and mainstream and European capital markets work. you must be able to demonstrate relevant capital markets expertise.
