A leading construction consultancy, is currently seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (Associate Level) to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a standalone role within a larger team, with a dynamic blend of project surveying and party wall matters. The position is best suited for a motivated professional with a background in commercial office fit-outs, high-end residential developments, and, ideally, listed or heritage buildings.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a range of building surveying and project management services across diverse sectors.Manage and advise on party wall matters in accordance with the relevant legislation.Oversee office fit-outs, high-spec residential schemes, and projects involving heritage/listed properties.Provide expert advice to clients and act as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles.Operate independently within a collaborative team environment, ensuring best-in-class consultancy services.Ideal Candidate Profile:MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor.Proven experience across commercial, high-end residential, and heritage property sectors.Strong working knowledge of party wall legislation and procedures.Capable of handling a mix of project management and traditional surveying duties.Excellent communication and client management skills.What's on Offer:Flexible, competitive salary based on experience.Hybrid working modelOpportunity to work autonomously in a respected and well-supported consultancy.Career progression opportunities at Associate and above.This is a unique opportunity that offers high levels of responsibility and a generous salary + extensive benefits.
