Senior Quantity Surveyor - Complex, High-Value ProjectsWe're working with a specialist construction and engineering business on the appointment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a key commercial role with oversight of one or more major projects, involving full lifecycle commercial management from pre-construction through to final account.You'll be responsible for leading cost planning, contract administration, procurement and financial reporting across high-risk, high-profile schemes. Working closely with project teams, clients and senior leadership, you'll ensure commercial performance is managed with precision, rigour and clarity.As a senior figure in the commercial team, you'll also support the development of junior colleagues and help shape robust commercial strategies that support project delivery.
