- Allocating Aftersales resources in a cost-effective manner whilst remaining within budgetary guidelines, applying a flexible approach to the use of manpower and physical resources across divisions.
- Achieving profit objectives that have been negotiated within a specific time frame.
- Identifying opportunities to strategically develop the business and implementing long term plans.
- Planning, initiating and promoting marketing events and promotions.
- Reviewing the monthly sales and profit performance in co-operation with other department managers.
- Building a strong rapport and relationships with external customers to secure long term profitable business.
- Providing positive customer experiences in all instances, leading by example to promote a customer focused team performance.
- Coaching and developing the job-related skills of team members to support improvements in their job performance.

- Have previous Aftersales experience working within the Commercial Vehicle Industry., working with Isuzu Truck, Ford Commercial, Fiat Professional, Peugeot, Citroen and Vauxhall.
- Be familiar with automotive systems, warranties, services, repairs.
- React to a sense of timescales and urgency.
- Be able to lead, coach and motivate their team.
- Have exceptional customer service skills as well as strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and have excellent organisational skills.
