  • Previous experience of working in a high-end restaurant/members club
  • Passionate about hospitality & delivering excellent guest experiences
  • A natural ease with guests
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Flexible and available to work according to business needs
  • Excellent presentation and with a good command of English
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship, be confident and competent at working with a minimal supervision
