- Open, close, and man Reception desks during operational hours, delivering professional customer service
- Ensure HSEQ and COSHH compliance, updating ISS documents like SOPs and H&S records
- Monitor, report, and log tasks, supplier activities, and service delivery per onsite guidelines
- Support meetings and events on-site, including hospitality, housekeeping, and porterage as needed
- Respond flexibly to shift patterns, covering colleague absences and ad-hoc support at other ISS locations
- Maintain office areas to ISS and client standards, ensuring all client requests are met courteously and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and team members
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hotel or retail, transferable skills valued
- Friendly, approachable, and professional personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
