- Support customers with product application and material problem-solving
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and representatives
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including Marketing
- Follow up on leads and identify new prospects
- Represent Avantor at trade shows and customer facilities
- Maintain high standards of punctuality and quality
- Degree in science or business preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret technical information and present it clearly
