- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and industry events.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, focusing on retention and upselling.
- Promote the full range of products and solutions to new and existing clients.
- Generate quotes, book appointments, arrange product samples, and process credit applications.
- Conduct targeted monthly retention calls, re-engaging dormant or reduced-spend accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data integrity for all customer interactions.
- Research market trends and competitors, providing insights to help shape promotions and sales strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, building brand awareness and generating leads.
- Support the sales process by assisting with order processing during peak times.
- Proven sales experience (B2B environment preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High levels of customer service and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
