As an Internal Sales and Customer Service Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to help grow the business and keep customers happy.Key Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
-Proactively follow up on sales leads and quote requests
-Maintain and build relationships with existing clients
-Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and manage CRM updates
-Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
