This role will play a central part in shaping discovery activities for Life/400 consolidation and migration initiatives, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and validated with stakeholders.The Business Analyst will act as the link between business users and delivery teams, focusing on requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Onshore presence in Ireland is essential to collaborate effectively with Life & Pensions customers and ensure successful delivery during the discovery phase.Essential Job Functions:Work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.Provide domain expertise in Life/400 DIARY modules and Life & Pensions products.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, testers, and programme managers to ensure requirements are deliverable.Support workshops with client stakeholders, ensuring business processes and needs are fully captured and validated.Contribute to test planning by supporting UAT and validating requirements against delivered solutions.Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.Assist in identifying opportunities for business process improvements and optimisation.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Life/400 or Integral Life Classic programmes.Knowledge of Life & Pensions insurance products and policy administration processes.Strong familiarity with DIARY modules and their role within Life/400.Demonstrated experience engaging with Irish insurance customers.Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.Other Qualifications:Experience supporting system migration or consolidation initiatives in Life & Pensions.Exposure to agile delivery methodologies.Relevant BA certifications (e.g. IIBA, BCS, Agile BA) a plus.Familiarity with integration, digitalisation, or modernisation initiatives in insurance systems.What We Can Offer You:Competitive Compensation & Pension Scheme – Rewarding your expertise while securing your future.Comprehensive Benefits Package – Including DXC Select, Perks at Work, and incentive programs for exclusive savings and rewards.Continuous Learning & Development – Access to upskilling opportunities, career growth resources, and industry-leading training.Lifestyle Perks – Enjoy options like the Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme and more.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
