Degree Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Description:Position Summary:Manage end-to-end employee life-cycle transactions and data administration for multiple EMEA countries. Ensure timely, accurate processing aligned with local regulations and support process improvements to drive standardization and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute HR transactions (new hires, transfers, exits) in HR systems in line with country-specific compliance requirements.
  • Create and issue compliant employment contracts and documents.
  • Maintain organizational structures and reporting relationships.
  • Liaise with Payroll to ensure data accuracy and timely payments.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records.
  • Act as the first escalation point for lifecycle processing queries.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new system releases and enhancements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Job Requirements:Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, and/or CIPD qualification preferred although other related fields may be considered.
  • Typically demonstrates proven related experience
Special Skills & Competencies:
  • Demonstrates HR operations experience in an international HRSS environment.
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize high volumes in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European language preferred.
  • Knowledge of EMEA labor laws, including UK and EU regulations (GDPR, Works Councils, statutory entitlements).
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
