- Daily management of servicing and breakdowns.
- Write up weekly/monthly service reports.
- Monitor costs and revenue.
- Dealing with customer calls, queries and relations.
- Supply KPI's.
- Attend in-house monthly departmental meetings.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Strong Engineer/Managerial experience.
- Confident and communicative.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST.
- Confident in coaching and mentoring.
