Academics are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school based in Hammersmith and Fulham, seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join them from September. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will be key in promoting inclusive learning and managing behaviour positively.Location: Primary school, Hammersmith and Fulham
Start Date: September start
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £95-£110 per day (depending on experience)Key Responsibilities:*Provide one-to-one support to a child in KS2 with SEN such as Autism and ADHD
*Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management
*Help create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment
*Liaise effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support pupil progressWhat We're Looking For:*Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
