📌 Contract: Full-time, Term Time OnlyWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help our pupils thrive both academically and socially.The Role: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work alongside class teachers to support teaching and learning across Years 3-6.
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions in core subjects such as English and Maths.
- Support pupils with varying needs, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and displays.
- Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and independence in pupils.
- Experienced in working with primary-aged children (KS2 experience desirable).
- Patient, caring, and motivated to help children succeed.
- Able to follow teacher direction as well as show initiative.
- A good communicator and team player.
- Ideally qualified to at least Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
