About the RoleWe are working with an accomplished full-service law firm to recruit a Compliance Analyst to join their thriving Risk team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll be supporting the business on a wide range of compliance and regulatory matters, helping to ensure adherence to legal obligations and professional standards.The firm is looking for someone with experience in a regulated environment, ideally within a law firm, who brings a strong working knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations, sanctions regimes, and preferably the SRA Standards and Regulations.The responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying, analysing, and escalating conflicts of interest
  • Handling new clients and matters using onboarding software
  • Supporting AML, CDD and e-verification checks
  • Advising on PEPs, sanctions, and enhanced due diligence
  • Responding to any source of funds and wealth queries
  • Assisting with onboarding queries and processes across the firm
They are seeking candidates with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
