- Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
- Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
- Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
- Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
- Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
- Participate in social media promotion of vehicles and brand
- Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty
- A minimum of 3 years car sales experience within a franchise retailer
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
