- Qualified solicitor with experience in real estate law
- Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactional work including real estate finance, landlord and tenant, lease and title review due diligence and drafting real estate documents
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong relationship-building skills - a team player with the ability to establish credibility and inspire confidence with clients and senior colleagues
- Demonstrate a high level of affinity with legal technology
