- Work on a wide variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, developments, and property finance.
- Collaborate closely with Partners and a highly regarded team on landmark deals shaping Northern Ireland's property market.
- Provide strategic, commercial advice to a diverse client base of developers, investors, lenders, and high-profile businesses.
- Play an active role in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
- 2+ years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong technical knowledge with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
