- Develop and deliver a national growth plan focused on direct sales.
- Lead and inspire the external sales team; oversee internal sales (directly or via an office manager).
- Personally win key accounts and grow relationships with house builders and main contractors.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a successful sales team.
- Support product development and launches.
Experience managing external sales teams (and ideally internal sales functions).
Industry knowledge from modular buildings, site welfare units, timber Frame or other manufactured construction products selling into the House building, Contractor sector.
