- Engaging in a range of work in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, including advising on general HR matters, advocating in tribunals, advising on restructuring, discrimination and equal pay, TUPE transfers, ET claims and more.
- Undertaking advocacy work, with the encouragement and support to handle cases from beginning to end.
- Utilising exceptional client care and communication skills.
- Working closely with partners on large complex matters.
