- Provide comprehensive HR support to employer clients on a daily basis
- Guide clients through disciplinary procedures and internal investigations
- Advise on TUPE matters in transactional work, including due diligence and outsourcing
- Manage employment terminations, including drafting settlement agreements and addressing related tax implications
- Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts, handling advocacy for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and discrimination claims
- Conduct training seminars and workshops for employer clients
- Significant experience in Employment Law, gained from a reputable firm recognized for its employment practice
- Proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for respondents and claimants
- Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients in tribunals and courts
- Excellent client management abilities, with a focus on providing strategic and clear-cut advice
- Leadership qualities, including experience in supervising junior team members and contributing to their professional development
- Business development acumen, with a track record of nurturing client relationships and expanding the firm's reach through strategic marketing initiatives
