- Support and lead the retail sales team to meet volume and profit targets
- Monitor sales data and drive performance across key metrics
- Ensure all customer interactions meet the highest standards of compliance and service
- Coach and develop the team on process, product knowledge and systems
- Deliver consistent results in customer satisfaction and sales efficiency
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales campaigns and promotions
- Maintain a full understanding of new vehicle technology, finance, and aftermarket products
- Previous experience in a senior sales role (Controller/Manager level)
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, funding options, and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching ability
- Confident working to targets and managing KPIs
- A full UK driving licence is essential
