- Receive and process customer orders ready to dispatch to the warehouse for picking
- Ensure customer documentation is up to date on the CRM
- Keep customers up to date with order progress
- Arrange, sort and archive shipping documents and ensure any amendments are processed on time
- Process any returns, defective goods, re-sorting, incorrect price problems
- Issue invoices promptly to ensure customer payments are made on time
- Attend customer sites when required in order to ensure supply chain communication lines are clear
- Produce reports for SMT and where needed for customers
- Highly competent with MS Office
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
- Proven ability in a Customer Service role within manufacturing or FMCG
- Accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of general & warehouse accounting
