- Monitor and process emails, including quotes, orders, and queries.
- Take payments via card processing software or similar for applicable orders.
- Liaise with accounts regarding bacs payments.
- Deal with telephone calls and enquiries from new and existing customers
- Print picklists for the warehouse to pick.
- Liaise with haulier(s), book direct load vehicles and daily dispatch vehicles.
- Chase ETA’s, report and follow up on delayed deliveries, damages, and claims.
- Enter dispatches on the haulier portal and print labels, attach labels to the matching pallets.
- Enter Parcelforce deliveries on to the portal and print labels for attaching to the parcels.
- Print end of day manifest, ensure the driver signs off.
- Check picked orders for accuracy before dispatch.
- Ensure every order is fully dispatched in Flightdeck, including status and customer invoice.
- Experience in customer service role - ESSENTIAL
- Good working knowledge Microsoft Office - ESSENTIAL
- Confident answering phones and liaising with the different departments
- Our client is looking for somebody who possesses strong Administration skills as this a very varied position
- Due to the location a valid driving licence and transport is essential
