OTE available: Up to £4,200 with available Overtime * Total Package Annual value Up to £50,200
  • Monday-Friday working week + 1:4 Saturday Rota

We're recruiting for a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join a leading main dealer workshop in the Portadown area. This is a senior-level role involving leadership responsibility and manufacturer-supported technical development.Key Benefits for the Senior Technician:
  • Annual Salary: Up to £41,200 + Bonus Up to £4,800
  • OTE available: Up to £4,200 with available Overtime
  • Total Package Annual value Up to £50,200
  • Overtime paid at enhanced rate
  • Monday-Friday working week + 1 Saturday per month (paid)

The Role of a Senior Technician:
  • Advanced diagnostic and repair duties
  • Supporting and mentoring workshop staff
  • Ensuring quality and compliance standards
  • Leadership role within a franchised environment
The Ideal Senior Technician:
  • Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with 10+ Years Experience
  • Master Technician qualified
  • Previous experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop
  • Strong diagnostic capability and fault-finding skills
  • Team-oriented with leadership qualities
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • This Role requires FULL RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
