- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults using diagnostic equipment
- Carrying out electrical work and hybrid system maintenance (training provided)
- Recording all work in line with industry standards
- Supporting the wider workshop team in delivering excellent customer service
- Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
- Previous experience in a main dealer or independent workshop
- Confident in diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Full UK driving licence required
- Positive attitude and keen to learn and develop further
- EV experience beneficial but full training will be provided
