Our partner secondary schools across Sefton, including Bootle, Crosby, Formby, and beyond, are welcoming reliable Cover Supervisors this September.You'll be stepping into classrooms to ensure pre-set lessons are delivered effectively during teacher absences. You'll provide structure, support, and supervision to students across all key stages and subjects.Why join our team?

- Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensuring set work is completed and managing classroom behaviour.
- Providing clear instructions to students at the start of lessons.
- Responding to general questions and offering assistance where needed.
- Managing classroom discipline and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Reporting back to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
- Previous experience working with young people (in school, coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A calm, assertive, and professional approach.
- Adaptability and confidence to manage different classrooms and subjects.
- A degree or Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
