Role type: We offer both Full and Part time roles.Calling all aspiring educators and experienced professionals!We have an exciting opportunity for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work with a range of secondary schools in the Sefton area. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing classes and ensuring students are focused on their work.
- Delivering and explaining work that has been left by the class teacher.
- Maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment, in line with school policies.
- Answering student queries and providing support as required.
- Adhering to all safeguarding and school-specific procedures.
- Qualifications: A minimum of A-levels or equivalent is required. A degree is highly desirable.
- Essential Skills: The ability to command a classroom, strong behavioural management skills, and a professional and enthusiastic demeanour.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is a significant advantage. Experience working with young people in any capacity is essential.
